For some reason, MySQL Server will not startup on my Windows 10 machine. It worked the last time I used it (roughly two weeks ago). I don't have any other processes running and I tried to use different ports but that didn't work. Any suggestions here would be awesome.

Did you perform a recent update of your system? If yes, is there any pending update in update history? You did not reveal that. However, probably, somehow windows Service used for MySQL Server is removed from system startup. Then when try to use MySQL on this system, the connection to the database might be failed. (just guess). Try to open the application MySQL Installer/Community & click Reconfigure after that, setup TCP/IP port Number as well as firewall as it setup erstwhile. Next check Configure MySQL Server as windows Service and also check start the MySQL Server at System Startup. Click Apply & check if this is helpful.
