Thanks. We'll let you know when a new response is added.

Are you sure you are getting hacked? Are you using new passwords when you get a new device? If you are not using new passwords they are most likely logging in to your accounts using the password they already have. If you connect to a home Wi-Fi that may have been compromised, change you network password as well. Use a strong password with mixed case and use numbers and special characters. I know this makes them harder to remember but you are definitely a lot safer. Another thing I do, call me paranoid, I never have a site remember my password. If you lose your device they person who find it has access to everything.

First of all let us know, how did you know that your phone hacked? What symptoms are there? Is you phone malfunctioning? This is strange after changing 2 times, instead of that, your phone again hacked. Have you shared your password(s) with nearest one? Is your password so weak? Please come back with more details.
