What video program are you using? What is the hardware? If you play a video that was synchronized in the past, is it now out of sync?

What you might do to fix it depends on what hardware and software is used and whether it now always happens or it's only for recent videos.

Sound and video aren't the same for processing. Sound can usually be processed much quicker, especially for hi-res video. How a given video program does it on particular hardware can differ from other programs. Changing behavior will be different.

What model TV do you have? Are you using it's wi fi or is it connected through a cable? Is it an HDMI cable? There could be a number of things even you internet speed may affect the quality. I have noticed a similar issue with a show my wife records to our DVR. Granted it's only this one show, but the audio track always seems to be out of sync with the video. It's really noticeable.

Is there any update available? Or have you updated the system recently? If yes, were all updates completed properly? Is there any pending update? You can check the same in Update History.
