How can I protect my mobile phone from being hacked? Have an internet security and free of malware on my device? I found my bill very high and my internet package runs out very fast. Is it a sign of hackers?

It may not be hackers. If you stream a lot of video, that eats up your data quite fast. Streaming music not so much but still if you stream music all day that is a different story. Another thing is surfing the net and it’s only going to get worse. If you notice there are a lot more sites that auto stream videos and ads when you visit their site. This keeps chipping away at you data caps if you have a limit. Not knowing exactly what type of cellular plan you have we can only make a few guesses as to why your bill may be higher.

    No, not necessary to install so called anti virus/any kind of optimization tools regarding mobile phone. Whatever OS is there, either it is Windows/iOS/Android, they have built-in mechanism that can prevent from outside virus infection/kind of malfunctioning. As you asked for bill, it is better to change the password of Wi-Fi/internet that you currently using with complex one. Not only that, if possible change all of your passwords including email(s). Also if possible, do not make any financial related transactions through your mobile like fund transfer/balance check etc.
