Am I correct in thinking that any reformat/reload is only basking for trouble while that drive is standing in wait to reconnect all of the malware files again? Is there any way to remove it if it isn't mounted? Now he is val so manipulating my printers. He has used vone of my cc. And he's been logging into my email accounts all day long, just you til I can reset pas again to kick him out. I just purchased a terminal for my terminal because I see 5hat he is now running apps/processes that I have never seen before and I cannot determine them in the usual ways.

Software/Hardware used:
Mac Sierra

If the person is logging your mail all day long, so that time did you try to login your email account? The person sits all day so what about nights? If the person does not log in at night, you can log in this time and change your email password with very complex one and check if s/he can able to login on very next day. Mac OS has a very good built-in security system, could you remember that either you ever shared password(s) with someone, who is your nearby people.

Are you running any antivirus software on you system now? If so when was the last time the definition database updated and drive scanned? You might want to try and change you password to a stronger one from another device / PC that is not effected.

This is a very rare case that, a Mac OS is infected by virus/malware. Apple is such a good name in industry, that itself has included a number of security measures that make attacking a Mac particularly challenging. These include Gatekeeper, which helps to block software that has not been digitally approved by Apple from running on any Mac OS without agreement with user.

One thing make sure that, keep the OS & all applications up to date specially security related updates.
