I have a table in access showing the rooms with a field: roomID, price and availability. And another table showing the transaction: TransactionID, CustomerID and RoomID. How to less the room's availability if I input the roomId in the transaction table?

What does it mean, 'less the room's availability'. You have two tables, where RoomID is a common field for both tables. You have to make a relationship with two tables based on RoomId field. Sounds like a homework assignment. I assume you are looking to flag a rooms availability if a transaction exists. Are you looking to show only available rooms from your initial table? Post any script/macros you have and we will take a look.
