Can you please check the eventviewer or any other details and report the error number?
Well that’s a helpful error isn’t it? Try creating a new profile using the mail icon in the control panel. Also select for outlook to prompt you for the profile when you open it. Can you open the new profile successfully? If so then run scanpst on the old pst and see if that fixes it. If you still cannot open outlook in the new profile then try uninstalling/reinstalling office.
