MS Access Query: Plan Summary

I am trying to update a query that I have currently. I have a field named "Plan" and I have another field that is not in the query yet named "Plan Summary". I would like the query to show me the "Plan Summary", but when the "Plan Summary" is blank I would like it to show the value in "Plan". Is this possible?
