Where did you get 10.3.1.634? (What link address?) How did you install it?

Please include enough detail for us to guess how to proceed. More questions might need to be answered, but those two must be answered first.

Assuming you did a firmware update/ OS upgradation, and is this version officially announced by BB. Have you taken all necessary backups before doing all of these. If not you have a mess. as you know, if you did that, the device will be acted like a new handset! And also this is for developer version not for all users. You can do one, reinstall the original OS with matching version/firmware and restore the backup through BB desktop application (if any).

@atavwo2020, You can try to going Options > device > application management. Now select blackberry app world, & press the proper key to open the menu and click delete. After that, it may ask for reboot. Now clear pushed content on your blackberry browser. Now re-download/re-install the missing apps again. If error occurs mostly with native apps, you can either download / install them by going through app world/directly from browser.

@123Abhay, hope you have taken all of the necessary backups of your BB Z10. If yes, you can try to reset the phone to get them back and restore the backups.

@yemi1993, what did you mean by can't recover my default applications? Generally, when resetting a phone, it automatically reinstall its own OS and restore all default applications that are system related. Check either this process is completed at last. Or if you meant, for your personal photos/videos/files etc. then you must took backups before going to do the job. Now you can restore your backups by using Black Berry Desktop Manager.

@bensimb, Probably you installed a developer OS instead of a production one. Check and make sure that, what is the downloaded OS. If possible, try to roll back to previous version, if it is helpful.

Sounds like you installed a developer version of the OS... which purposely leaves out many builtin apps.

If it was a 10.3.2 developer OS, should be able to use LINK to install the latest official version for your device (would think). If not go here http://forums.crackberry.com/bb10-le...rchive-943672/ to get one and download and install it.

If you're not sure how... http://forums.crackberry.com/bb10-le...rchive-943672/

Sometimes things disappear with an OS upgrade. Window 10 got rid of the games like solitaire as part of their base OS. You can still get from their store.  Would not surprise me it it's the same.  They do it to keep the overhead low and can then track to see who is really using the apps by the number of downloads they get.
