Exchange Server
I have an existing Exchange Server 2010 in production, last of last week, I installed Exchange Server 2013 with the aim of migrating from 2010 to 2013. After 2013 deployment, the exchange server 2013 successfully working but the complete process did not done until the Exchange 2013 got crashed because of the hardware server crash, Now to install another exchange server finishes well but when we want to connect to Exchange Management Console it directs to Outlook 2010 OWA, I tried many ways of connection by adding a version but nothing happens and lastly I tried to re-install several times but I have the same problem. Anyone please help.

Have you installed exchange 2010 sp3 on all the exchange 2010 server(s). Also you may run the windows update and install all the recommended updates before doing that. It is better to install/ migrate on a test environment & after getting success, implement the same on production server/ pc.

Yes I have installed Exchange 2010 SP3 and the first exchange 2013 was installed successfully and was able to open the Exchange Management Console with all the databases from Exchange 2010 but after it crashed, in all the installations when I want to open exchange management console it opens a window to log in as normal but when I supply the credentials it redirects to outlook web access

Not very sure, there might be exchange 2010 mailbox tries to access a delegated mailbox that is already hosted on exchange 2013 cu6. This server’s attempt to authenticate the connection causes the store process to crash. You can follow this guide, that can help you: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/2934538
