Migrating from mailboxes from Exchange Server to third party Hosting Company

Exchange Server
Microsoft Exchange
Please I need a help with migrating mailboxes and all emails which we are currently hosting in-house but due to spam attack and other security issues migrating to third party hosting company. But the issue here is, there is a replication error on the server which is making it difficult for one to edit or modify a user account in AD or the exchange server, hence you cannot configure outlook as well. Please I am all new with Exchange Server and need an urgent help with this. Again if anyone can also suggest best hosting company that I can rely on to host our emails and website for us.

Migrating user’s mailboxes from one Exchange Server to another involves a lot of complications and complex Powershell cmdlets to be executed for import and Export PSTs. Even after all this, there is no surety about the future of the migrated user’s mailboxes and moreover, there is a risk of data loss during migration as well.

So, if you want to get rid of these complications and want to save a lot of time and efforts, then try professional exchange Migration tool like Stellar EDB to PST Converter. This tool is a one-stop solution to assist you in this complicated Exchange Migration as it automates the migration of folders to another Exchange Server without much hassle. All you need to do is to select the offline users and export them to Exchange server 2010

    Hi Zhebherb,
The best solution that seems is that you should dismount your exchange server database from the reliable backup you have. I would have suggested configuring outlook and synchronization but as you explained there has been a replication error then the most reliable & effective way to migrate is from reliable backup. After dismounting your exchange server database in EDB files you would be able to migrate to another Mail Server.  Exchange server also allows you to convert specific mailboxes in PST file format which, you can access anywhere using outlook.

Needless, I would suggest you to switch to Microsoft 365 services.

    Thanks & regards
