For all of my clients, I usually review / change a Microsoft Word document several times and record the changes (keep track). But when I print the documents, it keeps printing the tracked changes. I don't want that to happen. Is there a way to disable this?

If understood correctly, to turn off the track changes marks, click file menu. Click print and on print screen, a preview of the document displays where you can see track changes marks, To prevent the track changes marks from being printed, click settings button. Now under document info on the drop down menu, observe that a check mark next to print markup. Deselect this checkbox. The track changes marks are removed from the preview of the document and they won’t be printed.
