I have Microsoft Word 2016 on my laptop and it's really giving me a hard drive. I'm working on a presentation and the first time I saved it, everything was fine. But now when I make updates and save, nothing is happening. None of my changes are saved. What's wrong here? What can I do?
Where was the file saved the first time, locally, removable media or other? Is this a shared document? How are you opening the file, if by a shortcut or recent link it may not be pointing to the same file. More details are needed.
