When trying to send a new email message in OWA after manually typing in the recipients email address an error is received of 'Microsoft Outlook Web Access does not recognize [SMTP:"blshallis@aol.com]', but if you go to contacts and pull the client up the address is correct. If you search the email address from the 'To:' and send that way it will work. How can this be corrected?

We need to know what version of Exchange this is. Also, have you contacted the Exchange Admin for help with this? Or are you the Exchange Admin? Please tell us what troubleshooting has been done on the Exchange server if any. Thanks.
