Microsoft Outlook shared calendar is not syncing automatically

My Microsoft Outlook calendar is no longer automatically updating anymore. When my co-worker creates a meeting / event, it's not getting synced over. It is getting synced correctly when he hits the update button. Why isn't it going through automatically?

Try syncing with the use of EVO Collaborator for Outlook.
Thats what I use to sync my Outlook with every mailservice  I use.

It offers a live 2-way sync and hasnt failed me yet.

    Open outlook. Click file > account settings. Now double click on the exchange server account. Check if the cached exchange mode is selected or not. If yes, unselect the option like use cached exchange mode. This will automate calendar synchronization. Now close and open again OL and this can help to solve this issue. This is based on OL 2007 onwards.
