Our operations team sends me emails that are directly related to our websites. But Microsoft Outlook keeps putting those emails in the Junk folder. I've told Outlook to always trust these emails. How can I force Outlook to put these emails directly into my Inbox? Thank you.

Thanks. We'll let you know when a new response is added.

Check to see if there is anything in your blocked sender list.

JUNK > JUNK EMAIL OPTIONS then select blocked senders or you may need to turn down the junk email level under the options tab (default).
Or right-click the email in question and select JUNK then  NEVER BLOCK SENDER.

Funny, I have the same issue. Continually get legit emails send to Junk e-mail in Outlook. I've told it that the emails are not junk but it keeps doing it. I'm not sure what's going on.

Try clicking on the Junk in the Delete section of the ribbon. Then adjust the level of email protection. It might help with some of the issues you are having if it's set to high or safe lists only.

For fastest way, go to junk email folder. Select the email(s) which you want to mark as Not Junk. Then go to the Home tab, click Junk and select Not Junk from the dropdown menu. Alternatively, after selecting, right click on the emails, go to junk and then click "Not Junk". After clicking Not Junk, a Mark as Not Junk dialog box will pop up, please check the Always trust e-mail box and then click OK.

Moreover, you can check your Email Rules. From Outlook Options, under Mail you can check the same. Also check your Junk Mail Settings. In Outlook Options, under Junk email click "Filters and reporting". From here you can check the same.

Not sure how Outlook applies the filters. Could not find anything on line. What is the proper order of protection? Is it the email protection level (high / low), blocked senders, never block sender, custom rules?? Wish they made it clear.
