Microsoft Outlook 2016: Emails going into wrong folder

Hello, So I'm running Microsoft Outlook 2016 and I have a rule setup for my emails. When I receive emails from a specific distribution list, they go into a folder I personally created. However, there's one other employee (that's part of the distribution list) and his emails are going into that folder. Which is what I don't want. How can I fix this so his emails go into my normal email folder? Thank you.
