Microsoft Outlook 2013: Schedule follow-up meeting

Whenever we have a first meeting at my organization, I usually like to schedule a follow-up (just to make sure everyone is on the right page). Basically - I want the same people, same subject, same body, same everything essentially. How can I do this in Outlook? I don't want to setup a new meeting every single time. What's the best way to do it?
