Microsoft Outlook 2013
I'm using Outlook 2013 on Windows 7. But I've notice something strange - whenever I try to shutdown my PC, Outlook is preventing it. It keeps giving me this message: Do you want to permanently delete everything in the 'deleted items' folder for all accounts? How can I stop Outlook from asking this question? I just want to shutdown my PC without any issues.

Thanks. We'll let you know when a new response is added.

This option is available inside the settings.

Go to File -> Options -> Advanced.

Here you’ll see a section called “Outlook start and exit” and one of the options in here is a checkbox for emptying the deleted items folder when exiting Outlook.

Untick this and you should be in the clear.

Have you tried in safe mode of Outlook? Is that happens on the safe mode also? Or you can try to create a new profile and check if that happens again.
