Sounds like an office environment. If this is true, you can contact with your system admin, who can solve your issue. Basically, this is a permission related problem, assuming based on shared network system. There is allow/deny concept for user rights. It is better to contact with sys admin/ who cares the systems.

I agree - it sounds as if you are attempting to save your document in an area where you don't have permission to be adding content.

It could be problem with the permission of the network shared folder where you are not having privilges to create or modify files there.

Like the message says, "Contact the Administrator".

There is an authority or permission issue. Is this a new document for you to work with? If so you may contact the original creator and see if they can change the permissions.
