Microsoft Excel keeps asking to disable macros

Whenever I try to open up Microsoft Excel, it keeps asking me this: This workbook contains macros. Do you want to disable macros before opening the file? Is there a way to have Excel stop asking me that?

There are a lot of options listed in the link Subhendu posted. Just read them carefully. These are global setting, not per document. Enabling the macros to run with out the warning message may let a corrupt document from an untrusted source with malicious macros run when you do not want them to and cause major issues down the road.
