A simple sort of the sheet by that count column in descending order would do that or is there more to it than that?

The greater issue is that I was able to identify the top three reported issues however now I want to display their names automatically.  Everything has to be automatic for report review in an excel spreadsheet. I can filter and sort the column and manually get the top three however the users that are reviewing the report want to just go into the spreadsheet and see the top three individuals that fall in a certain category. I was able to use the Index, Match, and Large to find out the count however I did have an issue because those functions work well when there is a numerical column of data.  All of my data is text base ( count of magic tickets), (count of users logging into the system the most; top 3)...etc etc.

Are you running a script in Excel or are you importing the data from an external source? You may just nee to modify the code there. If you post your current code, we can help you automate it.

I was importing a Access Database but the cells started splitting.  So I reentered the data in Excel.  The spreadsheet data is copied from Access.  I am just unable to use the Large, Index, and Match Function with text fields that need counting.....  That is the biggest issue.
