I have a client looking to eliminate all Avaya Communication Manager equipment in their enterprise and replace it with Microsoft Cloud PBS and O365 On-Line. While the client does not have the need for the rich feature set of the Avaya CM, I am concerned about such a radical change for their enterprise as related to QoS and overall performance for 2000 end users across the globe. Can anyone speak to pros/cons so I can best guide my client before they move down this path?
