Microsoft Word 2010 copy two weeks of high month view

I need to copy two weeks of a month into to a document but it needs to show in month high view. It needs to view just like the calendar with boxes not a listing with times. I have to email staff the calendar dates in a calendar format not a running view of times. I currently retype everything using word and recreate a calendar appearance.

Not sure what you mean by "month high view", is this simply a full month, with 2 weeks of appointments showing? Where are you copying this from - is it a program such as Outlook Calendar, or......? Please add some details, I would love to help if I knew enough about your situation.

Is this to be edited by the email recipient in any way? If not why not just use the Snipping tool and cut and paste the image into the Word document?

Is it an image that you import in your word doc! If it is an image, you can take help from any image editor which both are available with cost or without cost. However, your query is not so cleared.
