If you know the message file you can open and view it with the WRKMSGD command. A list of message file can be found with this command WRKOBJ OBJ(*ALL) OBJTYPE(*MSGF)
I was not able to find anything on this error message. Provide more details as to where you saw the ID and if you have any custom error message files.

    It depends on what you mean by "display message ID". DSPMSGD is the command to display the message description for a message ID. But if you actually want to "display [the] message [for] ID [MH00090]", it depends on where you want it to be displayed and what method (or programming language) will be used to display it.

    Would you want it displayed in a joblog? On a workstation? In a *MSGQ?
