What do you mean by "manage thumbnails"? Do you have a problem managing them? Why do you store so many thumbnails that they need "managing"? How have you assigned identifiers?

A library of thumbnails wouldn't usually  be very useful for an Android device unless maybe you're a graphic designer and carry a large number of samples in the device. It'd seem to me that storing them on a web site (protected perhaps by authentication) would be better.

Did you mean, thumbnails/ icons! Thumbnails generally created when taking pictures from mobile camera specially. There is a folder called DCIM (specially for android based mobiles) where this kind of objects are situated. Now why did you want manage them or what kind of problems are you facing for that, if possible please reveal more.
