Make text in ZPL label bold or underlined?

Due to a new EU law every food packaging label has to outline possible allergy-causing ingredients by either styling them bold or underlined in the ingredients list. Currently I'm printing my labels via ZPL to zebra printers. I checked the ZPL manual 1 & 2 and didn't find way how to print something in bold or underlined. Is there any way to do this?
Example:
"Ingredients: water, sugar, milk, cheese, chocolate"
SHOULD BE NOW:
"Ingredients: water, sugar, milk, cheese, chocolate"
My current label code for the ingredients is:
^CF0,15 ^FO13,245 ^FB530,2,,L, ^FH^FD__VAR_INGREDIENTS__ ^FS
Thank you very much for your help,
Stefan

Based on my experience with Zebra printers (which was a few years ago) you will have to include a ZPL font or command to do this.  It will not respond to IBM i font or point values.  Zebra also offers a nice selection of Font Packs which may meet your needs.

ok that makes sense. but is it actually possible to change the font within a field (FD)? because i need to change it only for specific words and cant create new fields for them because i wouldnt know where to position them relative to the other words.

Yes, it is possible to change the font font field.  In a former life I worked for a jewelry company.  We printed at least three different fonts on those little tags plus one field was printed vertically.  This requires issuing the font codes before the data.  I think a font stays in effect until a new font command is received.

i know that it is possible to change the font in general. but is it possible to change the font within a field? and if how?

i was only able to change the font per field but not within a field.

    EXAMPLE:
    ^FO13,245 ^FB530,2,,L, ^FH^FD__VAR_INGREDIENTS__ ^FS
    THIS SHOULD NOW BECOME:
    ^FO13,245 ^FB530,2,,L, ^FH^FDingredient1, ingredient2, [FONTCHANGE]ingredient3[FONTCHANGE]ingredient4 ^FS

I see what you mean.  The only way I can think of is to break the field into multiple sub-fields, including the ZPL font command before each sub-field in your printer output.

    Hi!
We are having the same requirement .
In ZPL you can concatenate fields without writing the starting position of each field for the start of each is automatically set to the end of the previous field ?
Thank you very much, Carlos Duarte

I think you would include the font declarations as part of the field

    ^FO13,245 ingredient1,

     ^FB530,2,,L, ^FH^FDIngredient2,  ^FB530,3,,L, ^FH^F

    Ingredient3
