Is the other email id valid or is it one that may have been spoofed? Is this a new email account for the same user? If so you may need to make a few changes.
First, to change the name on the mail tab, open the properties box for her mail file. You can do this by choosing File->Application->Properties, or by pressing Alt-Enter when in her mail file and changing the dropdown from Document to Database. The first tab will have a “Title” field with her old name in it; update that. To fix the other issue, when in her mail file, choose the “More” button and then select “Preferences.” The first tab, first sub-tab (Mail, Basics) will have an “Owner” field; update that.
