Mail rule not working (Lotus Notes)

Hi, I have one Lotus notes rule which doesn't want to work. I've added and deleted it several times. All my other rules work but not this one. It is "if subject is 'exact subject' AND sender is 'exact sender mail' THEN move to folder". However, they always end up in my inbox. I have several other rules which are working. I am also using my Lotus Notes mail account in my smartphone. Any ideas?

Have you tried “Subject contains” and “Sender contains” and make both the values the exact string you want to move to folder? That’s how I usually set up my filters of this type.
