Welcome to ITKE, ajmeeljujju! A macro is a saved sequence of commands that can be stored and recalled with a single command.

As it has a tag like access and assuming you have asked about MS Access. Microsoft provides a very good help with its MS Office software, which is basically a .chm file and you can find it by clicking Help menu or press F!. However, what version of MS access that you did not reveal.
