Your can use the “Stationery” feature. It will allow you to create a template that you can choose to use as needed. This option (folder) should be located below your Inbox folder if you are using a standard mail template.

What version NOTES/Domino? I use 6.5.3. Under MAIL, there is a view under TOOLS called Stationary. Here you can create two types - Memo and Personal. Click on NEW, select STATIONARY - MEMO and then a regular screen is displayed. With your cursor in the TO: field right click, select FIELD PROPERTIES, click on the down arrow next to the word FIELD and select DOCUMENT. Click over to the third tab, click on import and then select the directory where you store your images; select which ever image you want then click import. On the DOCUMENT properties box you can select whether to tile or single etc. the image. Then within the document body (I place mine at the bottom) you can type your Contact info, etc. including another logo if you choose. Then save the file with a name. To use it, click on ACTIONS, TOOLS, NEW MEMO USING STATIONARY, select whichever one is in the popup list. There are other ways as well but some of them will require someone with Developer knowledge of how to change your standard MAIL Template on the server (your Domino Administrator may be able to do this). We've changed our standard Mail Template specifically for a community campaign called "Character Community" which we've programmed right into the basic new memo mail template as a button on the top. We call the button "Insert Community Character logo". This saves the users from having to go through the steps above and to maintain consistency. NOTE: If you place a graphic inside the Document Header it will not display if the memo is sent outside the organization. Hence, the duplication of logo at the bottom of the document. Hope this helps . . . MEESHA

Why not create an HTML document and pull it in as a signature block. That would be a lot easier to do that sliding over to stationery each time. However, if you don't want the header on every memo, you will need to delete the header graphic. Please be aware that graphics are notorius for becoming 3-4 meg in size. It takes some knowledge and effort to bring the graphic size down to a management level.
