You need to embed the view on a page while displaying Notes views in a Web application otherwise it would lose some display attributes. Multiple views can also be embedded on a page. View template with uniform style properties can also be applied to the embedded views in Web applications.

While using views and folders on the Web, you can use a view applet, an embedded view or folder, or an embedded view applet. You can embed a view or folder on a form, subform, page, or document. When you define a view or an embedded view as a view applet keeps your HTML view formatting intact and provides you the power to resize columns, select multiple documents and scrolling through the documents etc.

Using Embedded view you can combine views and folders with other form elements and graphics. You can create view templates to control to display the embedded objects, embedded folder panes or views in an application.

IN  the web application , when a document was opened from a view with a key in a view, application has a form formula in a view which is only for web, in this situation when form is opened then document with the new form is opened.

Just guessing, if u did mean conversion to HTML, If ur web apps built on domino's prog framework & there r more excluding a set of static pages, probably it is not possible right now. Cause, html is a markup lang, while GBS (http://www.gbs.com/gb/appdev) has capacity to migrate general & traditional domino apps. While I am not sure that u want it or not.
