IBM also said that the problem is in their product and they have upgraded it, in never version it’s fixed.

    I believe this error is related to a Rich Text field that has an Action Hotspot designed over the field in the form design (when attempting to attach a file). I would try to copy and paste it into a new email message to see if that works.
