Try to restore by means of the tool:

    Or, for the non-advertising version of an answer, you could try shutting down Notes, opening a command prompt, changing to the Notes directory (e.g., c:\program files\ibm\lotus\notes), and running the fixup utility on the archive file (e.g., nfixup archive\mymailfile.nsf)

    What version of LN are you using now ! Cause commands/ options all are depends on the changes of version to versions. However, this short of command can run almost all LN. Try for a full scan with this:
    load fixup -F database.nsf  (while -F for forces fixup task)

    The "load fixup" command is for the server console.  Since the person posting the question is asking a very basic question, it seems safe to infer that they are not an admin, and therefore don't have access to the server console.  And, aside from adding options for new features like DAOS, the commands have been very stable from release to release.
