I've been getting a ton of BSODs on my Windows 10 PC. I'm thinking it's an issue with the driver so I was wondering if there's a log to see when / which hardware drivers were installed. That might give me an idea on why this is happening.

Welcome to the world of Windows 10 where everything looks great but you just can’t get as much done because you’re always troubleshooting hanging and slow systems and, subsequently, rebooting! You can look at driver versions in Device Manager. Hardware updates can also come of the form of new software so Control Panel/Programs might reveal some info.

Hopefully someone can help us chase this down or Microsoft will return to whatever driver subsystem Windows Vista/7/8 used because what’s in Windows 10 isn’t working all that well.

Hopefully event viewer is a better tool for that. You can try to it and can get lots of information. Please link here for support from Microsoft: https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/windows/hardware/ff554312(v=vs.85).aspx
