I have one HTML file and one Linux server which does not have any GUI interface. So is there any ways to open an HTML file from that Linux server.

You can view an html page just with any text editor..if you wish to view the resulting page in a console then use a text browser like links. Without a browser I do not think you will be able to view the page rendered.

Numerous console/text-based browsers are available. It was all text in the beginning. The oldest text browser still in active development is Lynx. I've used it on server systems that no "GUI" available at all. Others are ELinksEdbrowse and w3m.

In general, these browsers render basic HTML. Be aware that they don't execute Javascript nor anything else that isn't HTML. Some HTML elements such as buttons may be "rendered" as highlighted words.
