Links turned off in email messages

Microsoft Outlook error messages
When I try to use links on my emails, I get a message that "The operation has been canceled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your system administrator." I did an update and Google Chrome installed "itself" and I noticed the error messages after I uninstalled it and removed the tag for interned browser form my start menu to only have Explorer as my browser. Please help me restore my ability to use links from email messages. Thank you.

This error occurs due to the corruption of the default key. If chrome was made default browser, is known to cause this issue in Outlook after being uninstalled. You have three option to solve this error. 1: Reset internet explorer to a default setting, 2: you can use Microsoft fix it, 3: install Firefox.

    If this email in spam folder, that could be happened. Also some internet add-ons or controls like active x control or vbscript may cause of that type of issue.
