You can put hyperlinks in one spreadsheet and have bookmarks in others. And you can easily reference cells in other spreadsheets to do calcs.

    Sorry, a little confused. If you want to link to some of worksheet data, then you can try to create a named range in excel. However, if possible, back with more details.

    If it is another workbook file you are trying to reference then use CharlieBrowns suggestion.  If it is just another tab (worksheet) in the same file then you should be able to find the function under the lookup and reference options in the formula section.
