Bulk Request for new appointment. We currently on-board between 150 - 200 staff every month. The current processes is that we have to manually create a new requests for each new staff member to get an asset and to be setup on the network. This request is issued to EUC (end user computer support team) across multiple branches and IT Hubs. I would like to know if there is a way that once the new staff member end user details are imported into LDSD, there is a way that a “Bulk Request” can create the tickets for each without having to create them one-by-one per new staff member. I hope that once I can do this in a “Bulk request” I will be able use the category trigger like “Auto Provision” to trigger an event listed in ALM to action the “Asset Request” workflow.
