I just rebooted my Asus laptop (that's running Windows 10). But all of a sudden, several of my keyboard buttons have stopped working (including the T and I keys). Everything else is fine. I updated the keyboard driver but that didn't work. How can I fix this?

Sounds like one of the new features in the Windows 10 spring creators update.  Similarly, it broke my audio and created some video problems as well. Do those keys work in your BIOS? If not, it’s a hardware problem. If so, it’s likely Windows 10. Go into Windows update and see if there are any updated drivers for your system. You might need to download bios and chipset drivers from Asus.

Try booting in safe mode or even to a DOS prompt and see if the same keys work or not.. This will let you know if it's a Win10 driver issue or a hardware issue with the keyboard itself.

As you mentioned, some keys are not working, first of all brush & start cleaning the keyboard. Make sure there is no dust & the keyboard is crisp and clean. Now try again to type. If that does not work, reboot the system and try to access the BIOS menu by using relevant key. Check, if you can able to open the BIOS menu & use the arrow keys to navigate, then it is assumed that the problem is with the software part and not the hardware part. If it is software part, you can uninstall the keyboard driver completely and let Windows to reinstall it automatically.
