What did it mean, 'there study it'. The tag is indicated Backup hardware. But this is not clear at all. Did you ask for backup media for storing files/folders? What OS is there? Is this your office / personal use?

For general information just Google any topic and watch a few tutorial videos. When you get more comfortable there are a lot of on-line site that can help with your coding depending on what language you are interested in. Languages like C#, VB ,java, PHP to name a few. If you are looking at web design you may want to look into HTML5.

Here is one place to start that is popular.

Actually, Software and Hardware they are different. Software part is mostly involved to coding, program designing and many more. While hardware part is mostly involved with computer hardware/Networking etc. If you are keen to learn software/hardware you can contact a good educational institute and discuss about your needs face to face. There are so many global certifications or courses that can help you to learn. If possible, please disclose your qualifications, your computer knowledge etc.
