    Assuming you inserted image in Word and it contains text matter. Actually this is not possible to recognize in one go. In general, users can copy the text generated by an OCR/ICR (however ICR is a subset of OCR) program into a word. By using this process errors (if any) will be appeared as similar characters. Like letter"d" might be represented as "cl" or something like that. This is an example, you can observe the whole document with full concentration and check if that type of case happens.
