According to my exchange server administrator, the answer to your question is yes and no. You cannot limit a person to the amount of emails that they send per day but you can limit the amount of the size of the email that they send. So, if a person has a 50 MB file and you limit him to 5 MB, he will have to send 10 emails to send the full attachment of the file. That’s about the limit you have on a customer.
Thank you for your response.
But thr limit must not be per transfer, the person may send 50 e-mails but the total daily size of the total e-mails must not exceed 10 MB per day. Is this possible? If then, how can this be set, via a exchange setup menu, via a script, can you please give more explanation?
