In designing a network, is IP PBX systems also the same as VoIP?

They are related, but not the same thing.

VoIP is a technology, while an IP PBX is a system (that uses VoIP technology).

If the diagram includes the technologies used (or the type of network traffic) then both should appear, but if you are only including the nodes, then you should include the IP PBX only.
