Business Intelligence is not a pure technical job if you done MCA then i am recommended you that must be join some language field go to software development filed and improve your skills.
May be in starting you got fewer salary but after that you got high salary and better job also.

BI is a technique/ tool to acquire or transformation of raw data into meaningful information for business analysis. This is also one kind of technical job, but programming part is not so involved rather administration is involved. As you have done MCA, if you are interested for programs like c++, java, .net etc, you have to learn again and establish as software developer, however several phases are there. If possible, you can take chance for m.tech.
