CCNA Certification
Hi, I've completed my CCNA,JNCIA-ER. I have 2.5 years of experience as a Network Engineer. Presently I'm looking for a new search. Now the calls are very low. I don't want to waste my valuable time. Can you please suggest anything instead of CCNP? How will be the IPV6 and can we get any offers regarding this one? Please suggest good ones. It will be helpful to me.

Thanks. We'll let you know when a new response is added.

Before you move, it is better to do a ground up work on the same. It helps to grasp the technology easily. Hits some good sites regarding IPv6 and participate to some good forums (like ITKnowledgeExchange.com) and gain some knowledge before moving!
Already I answered a question about IPv6 here.
And have already discussed Microsoft Cisco certification here. Here is another good reference for starters too!

Happy to inform you!

If all you want is knowledge of IPv6, the web is chock-full of data and links and training materials for it. Those are nice, but few show you how to actually use it.

You mentioned not looking at the CCNP, but, as you have a CCNA already, check out the CCNP ROUTE materials – they have a complete section on IPv6 concepts, design and implementation.

If you’re not into the Route/Switch path, There is always 2 other HUGE areas to move into: Voice or Security. Both are in-demand and pay really well. Cisco offers the CCNA-V and CCNA-S certs if you wish to pursue careers in eith of those fields…

U can for for CompTIA Security+ which is an international, vendor-neutral certification that proves competency in system security, network infrastructure, access control and organizational security. For ComTIA Security + OR U may proceed for Ethical Hacking. The work of ethical hacking is still considered hacking because it uses knowledge of computer systems in an attempt to in some way penetrate them or crash them. This work is ethical because it is performed to increase the safety of the computer systems. For Learn More Though u r not interested Cisco / CCNA related, so I am not going to write about that.

Be careful not to pigeonhole yourself into one technology...learn as much as you can about everything that interests you in IT. This is a complex subject.

Check out these resources I've written for TechTarget:

    Best of luck!
