Hey guys, have a question, my iPhone X gets warm when using snapchat up to 92 degrees Fahrenheit, but it also gets up to 90 degrees Fahrenheit when using safari or Facebook. Texting and phones calls can also increase the temp but not as much only up to 84 degrees.
It generally idles a degree or two more then room temp and charging it can warm up to even when not in use.
Already done all of the resetting and setup as new.
Also don't believe its a hardware issue as this my second X, and also happens on my spare iPhone 7.
If any of you have a thermometer to check the temp that would be awesome.
Thank you.
There are several reasons behind this issue. Check all of the settings like, if the background apps refresh is disabled or check whether Bluetooth and Airdrop both are off. Sometimes, high resolution games are also a serious issue. If your iPhone X has latest update, you can check battery health through Settings.
