Every 5-10 minutes my internet disconnects for half a minute.I've had the same problem 3 months ago,it lasted for 1 month and then suddenly the internet started to work properly. Now 2 months later the problem returned. The problem is not my device,on other devices i experienced the problem too. Also ethernet cable connection seems to solve the problem, but unfortunately that cannot be a permanent solution for me.Any ideas what can cause the problem and how can i solve it?

Thanks. We'll let you know when a new response is added.

If you are not having the disconnect issues when using a cable, I think it may be your wi-fi router. If it’s old it may bee reaching it’s end of life and no longer supported by you ISP.. I ran into the same issue with Verizon DSL. That want you to rent their wi-fi router so you are always up to current specs.  Just another money grab for them.

Is this your wifi connection issue? Have you talked with your provider? What type of router is it? What type of connection they provide? Are those devices kept properly? is there an obstacle? Please provide more details.

If it's not your devices, then it's your ISP that you need to talk with about this. Of course, we can't tell if it's your devices or not, especially since we have no info on what devices you work with nor what your network architecture is.

I wasn't accurate when writing, there could be problem in my devices but not in the computers/laptops,maybe in the router. So i have some more information:I have DSL type of connection,my provider says everything is fine with them.A physical obstacle is not a problem for sure(I've experienced the problem right next to the router, too).I'm not sure, what do you mean by keeping the devices properly,on the computers and laptops the drivers and the operating system (Win10) are up to date.My router is type 'belkin f5d7230-4 version 6000'. It's fairly old,do you think that this might be a problem?

I checked the site you linked,it couldn't actually help with my problem but i got some good ideas on treating these kind of problems in the future. Also i ran a wlan report although i'm not sure what the results mean.I'm probably going to buy a new router soon and i hope it will solve the issues. Thank you all for helping :)
