My system crashed a few days ago so I had to reinstall all of my Windows apps. But when I go to the Start menu, none of them are in there (except the default apps). What should I do here? Thanks for the help.

It is better to install the apps from directly from Microsoft store. If you reinstalled the apps from your previous setup file/ something like that, then possibly the installation may not work properly. You can create shortcuts by opening program data folder (commonly it is under c:\programdata\Microsoft\windows\start menu\programs and here you can create shortcuts and can find in Start Menu.

What version of Windows are you running? How did you install the apps, from a disk backup or from new downloads? IT may be a simple as finding them and then pinning them to the task bar or start menu.
