Insert bulk data sql server 2014

i have table with 15 columns and non-clustered index in sql server.
i am inserting some data in files with bulkinsert statement in dot net.
all files with equal records
for first file it took around 5 mins
for 2nd file it took around 10 mins
3rd 15m, 4th 20m and so on....
i dont know, why time in increasing constantly?
is there any alternate?

    Sounds strange. Post your code if possible it may just need a tweaking to boost performance. Where is this bulk data and how is it being created?

    Post code AND basic statistics for each file, in particular the number of existing rows and number inserted in each case. (More info might be needed after that.) Also, was this all done in a single session?

    Too many possible reasons without anything to base guesses on.
